Heritage Will Writers are a professional Will Writing and Estate Planning company. We are members of the Society of Will Writers and are covered by £2 million of Professional Indemnity insurance per case.

We are based near Rainham in Kent and we provide free home consultations for our Will Writing services in the Medway Towns and surrounding areas in Kent and South East London. We also offer our services online where you can benefit from a further discount on the fixed fees for your Will.

As well as writing people's Wills, we also advise on a variety of Trusts that can be included in your Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration and we offer a secure document storage scheme.

 

Our senior Estate Planning Consultant and proprietor of Heritage Will Writers, Robert Hatton has considerable experience of over 30 years in the Will Writing sector providing advice and helping several thousands of people in the preparation of their Wills and other Estate Planning requirements.
