Heritage Will Writers offer clients one of 3 different options with regards to having your Will written:

 

• The first and most popular option is inclusive of a consultation in the comfort of your own home or at your place of work, whichever is more convenient.

• The second option is with a remote consultation – particularly popular during the Covid lockdown period – and consultations are generally dealt with by telephone, email or zoom / face time meetings. There is no difference to the level or quality of advice offered, there is simply no face-to-face home visit. This option has a 20% discount on the standard Will prices.

• The third option is for clients who are comfortable using our Online Will Writer service. This can be suitable for clients with very straight-forward circumstances or for clients who have existing Wills drawn up by a different company who want some basic changes / up-dates made and are confident of their overall wishes. This option has a 40% discount on the standard Will prices.

 

Whatever the option you choose, we quote and charge a Fixed Fee for our services without any “hidden extras” or “nasty surprises”. Once our consultant has discussed with you and established your wishes and requirements, your Will is written and sent to you in a draft format. Each Will is written using clauses that have been well established by legal precedent.

The cost of making a will is not high, especially when compared to the heartache and confusion that could be caused after your death if you have no will, or have left an ambiguous ‘home-made’ one.
